Do you love grilled foods but have no idea how to prepare any of them? Or maybe you are too tired to cook it especially during those sunny Sunday afternoons after church. Well, you can now rest your worries. I have a list of some of the easiest grilling recipes that use little ingredients and take relatively less time to prepare therefore saving your energy and precious time. Here are the top 3 easiest grilling recipes that you can quickly make in your backyard.

1. Grilled Shrimp Scampi

Here are the ingredients you need.

  • A quarter cup lemon juice
  • A quarter cup olive oil
  • Three tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • One tablespoon minced garlic
  • One and a half pounds medium sized shrimp; peeled and deveined
  • Crushed red pepper though this is optional
  • Black pepper; should be ground

Procedure.

First, find a large non-reactant bowl. Add the garlic, black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley then stir them together. You can choose to season with the crushed red pepper, but this is optional. Next, it is time to add the shrimp and toss to coat. Finally, marinate in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes. After that is done, preheat the grill for high heat. Then cut the shrimps on the skewers and pierce on the head and the tail while discarding any remaining marinade. Finally, oil the now hot grill grate and grill the shrimp threads for 2-3 minutes.
The shrimp can be served as a main dish or an appetizer.
The entire process takes about 35 minutes which is ideal for a quick lunch.
