1. Salsa drumsticks grill

The ingredients that will be required for this recipe are as follows.

  • One-third cup of organic orange juice
  • A half jar of value organic salsa
  • A tablespoon of canola oil
  • Half teaspoon of sea table salt
  • Eight chicken drumsticks

Toss and mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. After that Preheat the grill to medium heat. The drumsticks are placed on the grill and frequently turned to ensure it cooks evenly on all sides. This should take 20-25 minutes and once it has turned into golden brown color.

2. Easy salmon teriyaki rice bowl.

Rice always comes in handy especially when you need to prepare something quickly.
The ingredients for this recipe are as follows.

  • Four pieces of boneless skinless salmon fillet.
  • 14 ounce mixed frozen vegetables
  • Four teaspoons of teriyaki sauce
  • Two cups of frozen rice. Preferably brown

How to cook.

First, place the salmon in a large baking bowl and brush it with a teaspoon of the teriyaki sauce. In the meantime, preheat the oven to exactly 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the oven is ready, the salmon is baked for about 20 minutes. On another burner, heat a large skillet and once it’s hot enough, add water (3/4 of a cup). Then add the rice together with the vegetables. Stir until they are mixed up then cover with a lid and cook for ten minutes. The vegetables should be tender enough by now. Cook for another two minutes so that most of the water can evaporate. Serve the rice with the salmon.

3. Cinnamon roll pie

This could a brilliant gift and surprise for someone you haven’t seen for some years. The pie comes in handy especially if it’s the pie season.

Crumb topping

  • 1 cup of flour
  • A stick of butter

  • Half a cup of powdered sugar.
  • Three teaspoons of milk
  • A quarter teaspoon of vanilla
  • A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon

Spread the pie crust and sprinkle some sugar and the cinnamon on it. Next, roll up the pie crust and cut in mini-cinnamon rolls. Place the rolls into a pie pan and press a little. Make sure there are no spaces between the min rolls. With a small brush, do a quick egg wash with the beaten egg. For the pie, fill it with Honeycrisps apples. Finally, cover the whole pie with crumb toppings. Bake in the oven for about an hour. Finally, add the cinnamon icing. The pie is now ready to be served. It can be served with ice cream or yogurt, my favorite is vanilla.
